Trust and Will Template Notes: When the 'Single/Joint No Children' status is selected, the template includes provisions to liquidate personal property (excluding real estate) and add the proceeds to the general estate distribution. For the 'Single/Joint with Children' configuration, the template defaults to a distribution where all assets and personal property (excluding real estate) are divided into equal shares for the children.
